30-Day Refund Policy
Customers may request a refund within 30 days from the date the order is delivered.
To request a refund, please contact contactvortexstoreofficial@gmail.com within the applicable period.
Your request must include your order number, an explanation of the issue, and clear photographs of the product when relevant to the claim.
All refund requests are reviewed in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be approved when the request complies with this policy, including circumstances such as:
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- The customer receives an incorrect item.
- The product materially differs from what was ordered.
- The order is not delivered within the applicable delivery period and the circumstances support a refund.
- The customer reports dissatisfaction within 30 days of delivery and provides photographs of the product when reasonably required to evaluate the request.
We may request additional information or evidence when reasonably necessary to verify a claim.
Products showing evidence of use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them may not qualify for a voluntary refund under our 30-day policy, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
A non-delivery claim may be denied where reliable carrier tracking or delivery records establish delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer. Customers may still contact us if they believe the package was delivered to the wrong location, stolen after delivery, or affected by a carrier error.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
No Physical Return Required
VORTEX does not require customers to physically return products when a refund is approved.
Once your refund request has been approved, you will not be required to ship the product to the United States, China, our supplier, or any other location.
After approval, you may keep the product or dispose of it responsibly.
No physical return is required as a condition for receiving an approved refund.
Refund Method and Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Approved refunds are normally processed within 3 to 5 business days.
Your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account. Processing times imposed by financial institutions are outside our control.

European Union Customers
Customers located in European Union countries served by VORTEX, including Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, and Portugal, have mandatory consumer rights in addition to our 30-day refund policy.
Subject to statutory exceptions, EU consumers have the right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days from the date on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods, without providing a reason.

VORTEX waives the requirement to physically return the product. Once the withdrawal is acknowledged, the customer may keep or responsibly dispose of the product.
This provision does not limit statutory remedies concerning defective, incorrect, unsafe, or non-conforming goods.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse payments that must be reimbursed under applicable law using the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise lawfully agreed.
VORTEX waives the requirement for physical return of the product. You are not required to ship the product to FP Intermedium LLC, VORTEX, our supplier, or any other address.
You may keep or responsibly dispose of the product.

United Kingdom Customers
Customers in the United Kingdom retain all mandatory cancellation and consumer rights provided by applicable UK law.
